Hello & welcome to my home on the web.  For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Tim Peters, and I am based in Toronto, Canada.

I am currently the President of a small not for profit charity. I also work for a technology & outsourcing firm that assists internet start-ups and the online divisions of Fortune 1000 Corporations. From time to time when presented with an interesting enough project, I find myself consulting for a variety of entities [corporations, charities, politicians, artists, individuals], helping them to define and refine their online presence. I also advise the aforementioned on technology trends, and how they might best use what happens to be emerging to their advantage. I therefore take a great interest in developments in the charitable landscape as well as advancements in technology, e-commerce, social media, call centers and outsourcing. I am an avid blogger and I hope this site will become a home for discussion on all of the above topics, as well as the news of the day.
